Mail-in Service

Mail in your Mobile Device for Repairs

Mail in Repair Instructions:

 

First give us a call and tell us what device you have and what the problem is so that we can be prepared for the device to arrive. You will get a quote and an estimation of delivery which is usually 3 or 4 business days for most repair jobs.

 

After you have spoken with us then just click on the PDF form below and print it out. Fill in all the empty fields giving us the necessary information to make the repair.


 

 

 

 

 

 

Carefully pack your device for shipping:

 

After you have spoken with us on the phone and we have agreed to take on the repair please pack the entire device and all hardware as is. We will disassemble and reassemble the device as needed. If your device is already opened you may send us all the parts, screws and any other hardware and we will reassemble your device as part of the service.

 

If you have an iPad that is already opened but needs board level repairs you may send it without the screen. Please do not include your own screen as we will not be able to install these for you. Also please do not send any other accessories like cases, chargers or anything else because you may not get it back.

 

The United States Postal Service has very affordable rates. Most devices can fit in their Priority Flat rate box for only $5.

Once we receive your mobile device we will send you updates to the email address you provide in the Repair Authorization Form. 

 

After the repair is completed and testing is done you will receive an invoice by email.

 

Once payment is made device will be mailed back to the address you provided in the Repair Authorization Form and a tracking number will be given to you.
